WILA is about engaging women on a variety of transformational leadership concepts that will empower them as they find their success both at work and home.

Program Highlights

iEmpower’s Women in Leadership Accelerator (WILA) is an intensive program focused in growing and advancing women in their leadership footprint. WILA is a 5 part series, carefully designed to support and enhances critical skillsets needed for today’s leaders.

Learning Modules

Brand Identity and Footprint – Design and elaborate what you want to be known for as a leader and the legacy you want to leave behind 

Feedback- Review feedback from EQ, strengths and temperament assessments.

Coaching Sessions – Certified coaches available to support actionable personal and professional development.
Interactive Workshops
Learn to effectively apply best practices for effective communication, energy, influence, values, and feedback.

Leadership in Action – Apply skillset learned throughout the program to develop a targeted community plan that will assist the development of non-profits in your area.

Network Building – Connect and learn with others going through similar experiences in their leadership journey.

Certification – Receive a Women in Leadership Accelerator digital Badge to share with the world your development journey.
